(j) N.O.C. for T.O. and Re-Registration

1. Applicant shall apply in Form 28 in triplicate.

2. In the case of Hire Purchase /Hypothecation (endorsed) in quadruplicate.

3. Affix Rs.2 court fee stamp.

4. Also enclose R.C., I.C., Chassis pencil print 2 Nos., consent of the Financier,

5. Shall have paid current tax.

6. Time required for completing the service is 12 days.
